Below is an example timetable; the timetable will likely change before the course based on Consultant clinician availability and resources available.
Day one will take place at the Horizon centre Torbay Hospital with catering.
It includes small group teaching, lectures and previous MRCS vignette themes from expert specialists in their respective fields. This gives an opportunity to test and reassess your knowledge in these key areas with particular reference to the MRCS curriculum and part B exam. Now includes upto date COVID regulations and impact on the exam.

10:15 - 12:00 Limb and trunk anatomy
13:00 - 13:30 Lunch

Day two is conducted at Torbay Hospitals' Horizon centre a cutting edge research and education facility. Here we will recreate a mock OSCE putting you through as a real OSCE appearance as we can simulate. This will be marked and feedback given back to you via your individual mentor. Here you will get tips, tricks and pearls from recent MRCS graduates, examiners and successful ST3 applicants as well as a plethora of varied and experienced faculty. This is the most highly valued part of our course. Numbers are limited for quality assuarance purposes.
